• Can monitor facility personnel and can assign job in each facility member and lead job responsibilities.
• Have knowledge in handling basic 2s software like Autocad
• Can decide or work without minimum supervision
• Can Analyze and troubleshoot of any facility equipment.
• Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
• Review and understand equipment and method of operations, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
• Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required and comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Have a wide knowledge on how to read Build Plan Project.
• Can perform Spare Parts Monitoring and Problem Analysis.
• Study new item Spare parts for improvement of the machine.
