Mechanical Engineer for R&D Projects

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Witney, Oxfordshire, to join a reputable engineering firm’s R&D team. Engage in hands-on product development and testing for market-leading innovations.
In this newly created, full-time role, you'll report to the R&D Manager while collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Your primary responsibilities include designing new products, enhancing existing ones, and conducting product testing throughout the lifecycle. You will also document findings and engage in BOM creation to facilitate production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design new and improve existing mechanical products
• Build prototypes and conduct thorough testing
• Record test results and propose actionable improvements
