Mechanical Design Engineer


The GEE Group has partnered with a tier one leader in the automotive equipment industry and offering a great opportunity for an experienced Design Engineer. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for someone well-suited to take ownership of a fast-paced work environment and being challenged.

Mechanical Design Responsibilities:

  • Design exterior automotive lighting components.

  • Conduct feasibility studies to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

  • Review designs by performing DFMEA.

  • Create BOMs.

  • Confirm design is compliant with ISO and IATF standards.

    • Qualified Candidates:

  • B.S. In Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree/experience.

  • 3 - 5 years AutoCAD experience, CATIA a plus,
