Mechanical Engineer – Change Requests

About Your Future Job
As a Mechanical Engineer – Change Requests you are part of our Changes-team, dealing with the processing of Change Requests (CR’s). The Changes-team is part of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEE) department, where the hardware for our systems is developed. 

Our equipment is operational for many years and the systems need to be kept up-to-date. Changes can originate from several sources; from production, service, new/added functionalities (upgrades), obsolescence etc. When the need for a change has been identified and approved, it enters the Changes-team where the TPD will be updated. CAD models, CAD structures, drawings, schematics, BOM’s, etc. will be revised. Work is executed in close co-operation with stake-holders, like Mechanical Engineers/Architects, Electrical Engineers/Architects, 3D-cabling Engineers, Procured Parts Engineers, etc. Data in our PLM system needs to be updated as well.
