Mechanical Engineer

Employment: 6-Month Contract + Extension Possibility

Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead small to mid-sized project scopes, taking ownership of projects from initial kickoff through delivery across timelines ranging from a few weeks to up to 6–12 months. This individual will be responsible for performing engineering calculations and ensuring all work aligns with established standards, while also serving as a key client-facing contact to provide updates and maintain strong relationships. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, including EIGs and design groups, to ensure alignment and execution, as well as managing deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Project work will include systems such as pipelines, pumps, and injection systems. This is a Hybrid position (3 days in office).

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–9 years oil & gas experience
• EPC background (not producers/regulatory)
