About the Role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years mechanical designs & Integration of electronics, mechanical and user interfaces, including PCBAs, switches, sensors, buttons, screens, power supplies, wiring, cable management
- Experience designing LRUs to meet FAA certification requirements such as DO-160
- Advanced SolidWorks and PDM
- Creating drawings with GD&T (dimensions and tolerances) per ASME 14.5Y
- Thermal management techniques
- Must have experience designing injection molded, sheet metal, die cast, machining, stamped and die cut parts
