About the Role
The Head of Maintenance is responsible for the Management of Maintenance & Biomedical Departments in Hospitals.
Responsibilities
Manages/Execute the compliance of Biomedical, Building and Maintenance related Issues with Accreditation Standards.
Collaborates, Coordinates and manages the maintenance for all Hospital departments covered by the contract.
Manages/Execute Maintenance Work orders follow up until final closing and hospital approval.
Conducts specifications studies for acquisition of new equipment and systems when asked for.
Conducts & reports studies for equipment status and depreciation.
Manages/Execute Miscellaneous and Electromechanical Equipment Corrective Maintenance tasks in the hospital.
Manages Daily Inspection follow up in the hospital and insures that the best solution is provided for reported problems.
Performs the Daily Inspection annual training for all technicians in correspondence with ...
