Mechanical Designer (Revit)

POSITION PURPOSE

The Mechanical Designer is responsible for developing high-quality Revit-based BIM models , mechanical system designs, simulations, and technical documentation for Mechanical Building Services. The role is part of a collaborative project team delivering international design projects located in Europe or Australia.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create accurate Revit models for mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, FPS, and other building services) for various project types such as hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities.
• Develop fully coordinated 3D BIM models and simulations using Revit, based on markups, consultant inputs, and design requirements.
• Set up Revit views, sheets, worksets, and file structures to support team workflows and efficient model production.
