Mechanical Designer, Master

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer Master to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in Belo Horizonte - MG office.
**About the role**:
- Act as a reference point for engineers, senior designers, and project leaders in critical decision-making;
- Define scopes, guidelines, and standards for complete industrial plants (mining, beneficiation, material handling, etc.);
- Ensure multidisciplinary integration across projects;
- Mentor and develop project team professionals;
- Lead project technical reviews (Design Review);
- Conduct feasibility, conceptual, and basic studies;
- Prepare layouts for both greenfield and brownfield mining plants.
**About you**:
- Technical degree; a background in Mechanical Drafting/Design or related fields is an asset;
- Solid experience in industrial projects within mining (iron, gold, copper, lithium, and others);
- Strong knowledge of 3D projects and BIM methodology;
