Mechanical Design Engineering Lead - Electrolyzer Systems

A growth-stage climate infrastructure startup building and scaling electrolyzer systems for carbon removal and green hydrogen production. Having successfully deployed large-scale pilot systems, the company is now transitioning into commercial manufacturing and is establishing its production capability in India. The current phase focuses on industrialising electrolyzer hardware - driving design-for-manufacturing (DFM), cost reduction, supplier development, and scalable production of complex, multi-material electrochemical systems, with a strong focus on translating prototypes into manufacturable, scalable designs. This is a hands-on engineering and manufacturing build-out environment, particularly relevant and suited for candidates with experience in electrolyzer manufacturing, fuel cells, hydrogen systems, or mechanical design of chemical/process equipment.
