Mechanical Design Engineer (Thermal)

We are looking for a Thermal Mechanical Design Engineer with strong interest in thermal design to develop and improve thermal management solutions for semiconductor test equipment and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design thermal and mechanical solutions for semiconductor equipment.
• Develop 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks/CAD tools.
• Support machine build, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Meet project timelines and budgets.
• Provide on‑site support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or CAD tools.
• Experience in Thermal Head, Test Socket, or Test Handler.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Semiconductor knowledge is an added advantage.
