Mechanical Design Engineer

The Mechanical Design Engineer will support lead engineers with the creation of 3D CAD Models, 2D and 3D Drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and PLM/PDM data. It is expected to perform tasks with mínimal to no supervision and coaching. Will support the team preparing for Design Reviews and if needed, preparing documentation for customers, engineering teams and executive teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design of drawings, 3D parts, assemblies and MBDs.
- Creation of BOM.
- Selections of materials and hardware (mainly related to steels, copper).
- Support manufacturing and quality teams in all the improvements.
- Look for suppliers on components (Sheet Metal, hardware, fastening, HVAC, other).
- Willing to develop skillsets focused on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- To be applied on component selection and HX design.Piping design for hydraulics.
