About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical BIM Engineer to support the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical systems using BIM methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and clash-free models in line with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and coordinate Mechanical BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) using Revit MEP.
Prepare and review LOD 300–500 models as per project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination
