Responsibilities

• Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner, consistently delivering remarkable service.
• Share knowledge of various meat cuts and recommend appropriate options based on Guests’ preferences and serving needs.
• Expertly cut a variety of meats across all species for both display and custom Guest requests.
• Offer suitable product substitutes and helpful suggestions to meet individual Guest needs and preferences.
• Prepare specialty and custom meat cuts to order, ensuring precision and presentation quality.
• Advise Guests on proper cutting technique...
