About the Role
Expertise France is recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to oversee the implementation of the project’s monitoring, evaluation, research, and accountability framework. This role is essential to ensure that project activities are tracked, assessed, and aligned with the overall objectives and the requirements of both the agency and the donor.
Based in Jerusalem, the M&E Specialist will work closely with the project team as well as with partners and stakeholders, to provide data-driven analyses supporting strategic decision-making.
