Design Tasks
- Develop an M&E framework of the project as per donor guidelines.
- Design monitoring checklists, tools and templates for project activities as per donor guidelines.
- Agree upon minimum standards for various project activities when required for onward process monitoring.
- Develop a monthly work plan in accordance with the project M&E framework for onward monitoring purposes.
- Conduct on‑spot monitoring of the activities.
- Conduct surveys such as baseline, end line, tracer survey, post‑action monitoring and satisfaction surveys.
