About the Role
Job Details:
- Provide integrated facilities management and operations & maintenance for a multinational manufacturing plant.
- Lead a team of Facilities Technicians to carry out operations & maintenance for electrical & air conditioning & mechanical systems.
- To manage /support daily operation & maintenance, manage Technicians, manage daily work plan, and fulfill customer tasks/expectations.
- Identify & develop quarterly CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan).
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical engineering-related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge of M&E facilities systems.
