M&E Coordinator

Job Description: 1. Responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System Wide Contractor and Department Heads 2. Co-ordinate with Client and respective personnel / LTA System Wide Contractor on the co-ordination of construction and consolidate the action items and report back to Department Heads 3. Preparing the co-ordinated installation programme (CIP) and sign off by all parties 4. Manage the integration of the E&M SWC designs into the civil / structural / architectural designs ensuring authorities requirements are met 5. Responsible for the application of permit and liaise with respective local Authorities on issues pertaining to permit for commencement of works / diversion of existing services 6. Plan, Prepare and Update the schedule for the submission of Samples / Shop Drawings / Method Statement 7. Raise CSD / SEM Changes queries in the event of services clashing.
