Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate tutor to support a Year 8 student (L) who requires additional help to re‑engage with learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a baseline assessment to identify appropriate starting points.
• Deliver regular tuition sessions to address gaps in foundational knowledge, particularly in English and Maths.
• Support the student’s reintegration into education and help build confidence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Key Stage 3 English and Maths.
• Experience supporting autistic learners.
• Trauma‑informed and attachment‑aware approach.
• Ability to build a trusting and consistent relationship (essential for successful engagement).
• Ideally local to the student to support longer‑term reintegration.
