Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent orders or changes in demand.
Track daily production status and coordinate with teams to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
Submit regular production reports and highlight potential risk areas.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Inventory teams to align production with supply chain capabilities.
Analyze production data to optimize equipment utilization, manpower, and resource allocation.
