Responsibilities
Lead & Support Business Continuity Plan
Generate KPI for Materials Department(Die Cast)
Schedule materials activities to support the production plan and balance work loading.
Maintains material inventory levels within pre-established objectives.
SOMI, VMI Programs, Inventory Amount $ according to AOP Target with Inventory Optimization Initiatives OSMI Reduction
Define robust control to improve the schedule adherence %.
Work with functional teams to measure the performance in each Work Center
Ensures that Allegion policies are communicated to materials collaborators and employs practices consistent with these policies.
Work with the commodity Managers to develop a Dual Source for materials with potential risk (supply/price)
Follow Corporate Procurement Practices and Procedures when making decisions concerning negotiating, sourcing, and contracting for all RM
Maintain supplier and part attributes in the ERP system.
