Materials Controller

This role is responsible for the capturing of work order history, sourcing of urgent materials and ensuring major works are staged and kitted for mobile and infrastructure equipment repairs onsite.

Key accountabilities  

• Providing support to the Planning Department
• Creation of next planned work orders
• Closing off completed work orders ensuring detailed feedback is captured and control of data quality
• Identifying incomplete paperwork and returning to originator for completion Dealing with the day-to-day materials management to expedite materials for current & next planned tasks
• Inspection of consolidated materials prior to executing planned work

Qualifications and skills required:

• A Trade or Tertiary qualification is preferable but not essential
• Significant experience with mobile maintenance in a mining environment
