About the Role
Following the guidelines of the Material Supply Management Responsible and under the guidance of the Material Supply Legal Manager, the Material Supply Legal Analyst has the following main responsibilities: • Draft the documentation needed to support the relevant Projects team members/Functions in the definition, preparation and administration of legal and contractual aspects of the main correspondences to Vendors, under the supervision of the Material Supply Legal Manager; • Assist Projects team members and the Material Supply Management Managers/Engineers in drafting claims and responses to claims submitted to/by Vendors, in terms of legal/contractual basis, when required; • Analyze the claims and related responses, also drafting their relevant sections, when required, for further control by the Material Supply Legal Manager; • Prepare the templates for claims and related responses to be shared with the Function; • Assist the Material...
