Job Description
- Collaborate with functional teams, including Production Control and Planning, to define material requirements, forecast needs, and ensure readiness for NPI, ramp-up, and volume production through the material requirements planning (MRP) process.
- Oversee material-related aspects of the change control process, such as analyzing and approving BOM changes, material dispositions, and phase-in/use-up strategies.
- Prepare and present risk assessments for change-related activities like bridge-buys, risk-buys, and long-lead part mitigation.
