Lead and manage customer service team and the procurement team for all the plant:
Define and follow up indicators and targets for the team.
Support the implementation with the appropriate departments (APU, Logistics, Purchasing, VPS) tools and methods in order to improve the supply chain organisation like Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run.
