Material Planning Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee, and manage the Clean-to-Build indicator for materials, ensuring their availability for production and shipment. Utilize systems data to analyse and track orders, inventory levels, and production progress.
• Lead, monitor, and analyse inventory levels, identifying and driving slow-moving and, excess & obsolescence stock.
• Collaborates with the supply chain department to coordinate the timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with various functional teams to ensure contingency plans are in place to deal with changes/crisis situations.
• Monitor discrete job schedule and update customer focus team of potential challenges in meeting customer demand.
• Analyze and track performance metrics, such as on-time delivery to the customer etc.
• Collaborate with program teams to understand customer demand patterns and incorporate them into planning processes.
