Material Planner

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly reporting to the Planning Supervisor and Supply Chain Director.
• Coordinating to different departments regarding the timelines and Status
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels in accordance with the company goals and objectives.
• Monitor inventory level of raw materials and act accordingly for the critical materials.
• Planning of the necessary materials using software based or any existing system that address the
• following question
• What is needed?
• How much is needed and
• When is it needed?
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of raw materials to support the daily operation.
• Prepares purchase requisition (PR) for the raw materials based on the customer demand and
• considering the supplier lead time on regular basis
• Review inventory levels of materials and open orders, adjust the schedule if necessary.
