About the Role

The activity consists in developing and performing characterization test on raw material and final products to define and identify their chemical and physical properties. Here below a list of characterization techniques:
STANDARD TESTS
Thermal analysis (for transition phase determination – melting / crystallization)
Mechanical analysis (elongation / strength / modulus vs temperature)
Chemical analysis (spectroscopy methods)
Sensitivity to environmental stresses evaluation (ex: humidity / heat / mechanical stresses)
Microscopy analysis (digital and optical microscopy)
ADVANCED TESTS
Raman – atomic force combination
Scanning Electron Microscopy
X-ray analysis
Thermal Properties of polymers and blends (LFA / THB)
Combined techniques (DSC + TGA)
