The Material Handling Technician is responsible for shipping and receiving activities along with facility maintenance and inventory as related to branch requirements. 

Key position functions include:
Contact transport companies to setup outgoing shipments and handle applicable paperwork

Perform hotshot services to location as required

Pick and distribute material for storage or shipping

Ship and receive products and equipment

Load/unload trucks with forklift and/or crane

Organize and maintain the work area, including maintenance of equipment, product storage containers and racking

Manage inventory by stocking incoming transferred items

Perform regular cycle counts of new stock

Paint products as required
