About the Role
The material handling supervisor ensures the timely and efficient supply of materials to the production lines by supervising the operations of receiving, storing, picking, and delivering materials, in compliance with the company's safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations related to receiving, storing, picking, and delivering materials.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Planning departments to guarantee continuous material flow.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper rotation of materials (FIFO/FEFO).
Ensure compliance with safe material handling procedures and proper use of internal transportation equipment.
Identify and resolve issues related to material supply to production lines.
