Material Handler

**Job Title:** Material Handler – Scanner Tech (Excel & Data Entry Proficient)
**Location:** San Jose, CA
**Pay Rate:** $20/HR
M-F 3:30PM- 12AM (Swing Shift)

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking detail-oriented Material Handlers with Scanner Tech expertise, strong Excel and data entry skills, and a commitment to quality control. The successful candidate will support production activities related to document scanning and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Prep documents for scanning (remove staples, organize papers, place in order)
+ Operate scanning equipment for both large and small format documents
+ Conduct quality control checks on scanned documents
+ Use cutters and related equipment safely and efficiently
+ Enter data accurately and maintain proper documentation
+ Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
