Overview

Provide a high level of customer service by accurately picking and packing customer orders in a timely and professional manner, using available tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders from generated packing slips as they are printed and assigned
• Pack orders to ensure safe transportation through the courier system
• Ship orders using the designated method of shipment
• Regularly use RF scanners throughout the shift
• Process incoming freight and put away parts in correct, labeled bin locations while verifying part accuracy
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Meet and exceed performance targets consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the warehouse
• Notify inside administration staff of any required changes to customer packing slips
• Report non-conforming products to appropriate personnel
