About the Role
Serve as a materials resource for all phases of the Parts Prep area
Check released and planned lists in SAP for prep instructions
Prepare components to customer specifications using various equipment and methods
Count all parts for jobs being released, ensuring accuracy
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and neatness of individual work
Work cooperatively with team members and notify leaders if quality processes are not followed
Suggest improvements and new ideas to Team Leader to enhance workflow
Perform work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with prolonged sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
Use and maintain prep equipment and counting devices, including scales, reel counters, and component prepping machines
