About the Role
- Education Attainment: BSIE, BSECE, BSCoE or any related fields of Engineering
- At least 2 yrs experience in Semiconductor Backend Processing specializing in Qualification of Production Materials, New Materials Integration and Cad fit analysis.
- Familiarity with JEDEC and EIA standards for carrier tape, cover tape, and packaging materials.
- Knowledge in MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) handling and dry packing procedures
