MATERIAL CONTROLLER

Responsible for proper material handling to ensure effective materials receipt, inspection, storing, preserving, issuing and reconciling of Project/ Non-Project materials as applicable

• Ensure effective and efficient functioning of Stores as per company policies and procedures, including HSE requirements
• Receive materials, ensures materials are off loaded at correct location
• Inspect materials against documentation including specifications, test certificates and review/ report non-conformance in cases of damage, wrong, under/ over-supply
• Endorse materials with identification marks, supervises the stacking, binning and preservation activities in line with vendor recommendation and client specifications
• Forward completed documentation for entry into ERP system
• Arrange material for QC & Client inspection as per RFI requirement
