Overview
The Master’s Program is a 21‑month, graduate degree program that begins the 3rd week of August and ends upon completion of the Dallas Baptist University minimum academic requirements and Sky Ranch program standards. Students earn a graduate degree, fully paid by Sky Ranch, in an accredited Ministry degree. The program provides food, meals and housing for the duration of the program.
Responsibilities Teach Outdoor Education classes five days per week August through May.
Assist food service and retreat departments as needed, including dining hall setup, meeting room facilitation and guest arrival/departure support.
Support retreat coordinators with security, gate radio and urgent guest needs throughout the year.
Support fundraising and marketing events outside the weekly schedule (up to two weekends per year).
Participate in Monthly Community Group meetings.
Meet quarterly with the Fellowship Master’s Manager.
