About the Role:
We're seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join a growing reactive maintenance business servicing Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. This role starts hands-on across plumbing, drainage and gas, while also acting as the technical lead. As the team expands, you'll transition into a more office-based leadership and quoting role. Perfect for someone ready to step up.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing, drainage and gas works
• Act as technical lead and support on-site team members
• Oversee workmanship and compliance standards
• Manage quoting and client queries
• Liaise with suppliers and site supervisors
• Review supplier invoices and manage materials ordering
• Ensure accurate job tracking using field service software
• Maintain strong communication with admin and leadership
