**Master Planner**
**Job Summary**:
The Master Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall production plan to meet customer demand, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
This role requires close collaboration with operations, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to align supply and demand while balancing cost, capacity, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets.
- Analyze capacity, lead times, and material availability to ensure schedule feasibility.
- Monitor and adjust production plans to address changes in demand, material shortages, or capacity constraints.
