About the Role
You will support Master Data Analysts and Specialists in day-to-day transaction processing and will be responsible for submitting and completing operational and/or clerical tasks as assigned by the Master Data Analyst or Senior Team Lead. You will report directly to the Master Data Senior Team Lead, with a functional reporting line to the Master Data Senior Analyst.
What You'll Do
You will prepare master data extractions needed by various business stakeholders.
You will consolidate, request approval for, release, and archive monthly reports for Master Data.
You will perform global IDoc extractions, assign tasks, and monitor their status.
You will handle ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments and monitor progress.
You will participate in the bi-annual review of users with administrative access in the Certification system.
You will review software version control records as part of regular audits.
