About the role

We are seeking a Master Data Architect to design and lead the end-to-end framework for healthcare site identity and master data management (MDM) across multiple data sources. This is a highly strategic role focused on architecting the process and data model - engineering teams will execute the build, but this person defines the blueprint.

This individual will create the foundational data architecture, rules, and governance framework required to unify disparate site data into a trusted, standardized, and analytics-ready master dataset used for operational planning, site selection, and performance modeling.
