We are seeking an experienced Workforce Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting systems impacted people who are in the process of re-entering the workforce, experience in workforce development training programs and a deep commitment to social justice.

In this role, you will work with the BlocPower team to successfully launch and manage a workforce development program in the Boston metro area, focused on training and preparing people for careers in the green economy and building electrification industry.
