Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Masonry Estimator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of masonry construction, material takeoffs, and cost estimating to support accurate bidding and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for masonry projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Develop and maintain pricing lists for materials, labor rates, and subcontractor costs
• Review bid documents and identify scope requirements and potential risks
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
• Assist in preparing and submitting competitive project bids
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project data
