Strategy and Platform Development
Develop an online marketplace that leverages the existing company network to sell new, complimentary products and services, and in doing so creates new revenues for the company.Project manage the end-to-end process of the marketplace (business plan, resources, development and go-to-market).Define the necessary resources, budget, and technical specifications to build the marketplace from scratch.Design the short, medium, and long-term product roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize value for the customer and the business.Act as KEY USER of the platform, ensuring that the marketplace strategy is supported by robust technical solutions while helping technology teams understand the business context.Direct and supervise the technical team responsible for developing a robust, secure, and scalable platform.
