JOB OVERVIEW:

The client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Marketing Assistant to support marketing execution, content operations, project management, and internal organization. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Danielle and other partners to ensure ideas turn into action and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can take unstructured ideas and turn them into clear, actionable work.
