Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our retail products and enhance our brand presence. To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and foster customer loyalty within our retail stores. And to oversee all properties under North and East Cluster until all projects are operational and has its own manpower.

Responsibilities

• Handle all collateral requirements of North and East Cluster.
• Maximize occupancy of indoor and outdoor collateral spaces of North and East Cluster by offering spaces to prospective advertisers other than the mall tenants.
• Increase collateral revenues monthly and yearly.
• Develop cash sponsorship schemes with a one-year period to tenants and advertisers.
