About the Role

Marketing Operations & Excellence Manager will spearhead the marketing organization and cross-functional teams to generate best-in-market forecast model, insight analytics and uplift marketing excellence capabilities to elevate overall brand performance. Marketing Operations & Excellence Manager will demonstrate cohesive collaboration with regional marketing team and other country marketing operations and/or insight team in APAC, and local cross- functional teams of sales, finance and logistics. The role entails:
Understanding the business needs and competitive landscape and effectively embrace AI assisted o9 solutions to develop the localized monthly demand process together with cross-functional team (local/regional)
Consolidate and leverage customer insights to drive successful business outcomes per brand
Lead and sharpen marketing excellence capabilities within the organization
