Responsibilities
- Ensure the branch meets targets in loan booking, deposits, income generation, and past-due reduction, including preferred shares investments within specified period. These include individual marketing targets of each personnel of the branch;
- Ensure branch employees are knowledgeable about company products they sell and adhere to professional standards as official representatives of the company.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through efficient handling of deposit and loan transactions; offering other banking services and meeting their expectations to enhance bank-customer relationships.
