About the Role

  Responsibilities 

 Assess the commercial market to build relationship with key personnel who can specify and influence in relocation decision

 Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities

 Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients

 Maintain client database to support new business requests

 Plan and develop marketing strategies, plans and channels to promote our company and gain business opportunities to drive business growth

  Requirements 

 Higher diploma or above in marketing, business or design related discipline

 At least 2 years’ working experience in marketing and business development. Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate or relevant industries is preferred.
