Marketing Director

We’re seeking a senior growth leader who thinks in systems, leads with data, and owns outcomes—not just channels. This role is responsible for shaping and scaling the growth engine of our eCommerce business, with direct accountability for acquisition efficiency, customer retention, and revenue impact.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll define the growth strategy, set the experimentation agenda, and guide execution across paid media and lifecycle marketing. You’ll operate as both a strategic partner and an operator when needed—setting direction, building the roadmap, and ensuring the right work gets done.

This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, makes strong decisions with imperfect information, and brings clarity and momentum to fast-moving environments.
