STS Norway seeks a creative Marketing Coordinator for our Oslo office. You'll work with central marketing, sales, ambassadors, and international colleagues on a range of responsibilities that blend creativity and analysis to showcase the power of cultural exchange.

What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
• Manage social media (content, publishing, follow-up).
• Update website content and manage publishing.
• Create marketing materials (catalogues, presentations, ads).
• Work in CRM (leads, campaigns, customer journeys).
• Monitor/report KPIs and marketing results.
• Coordinate fairs, webinars, events, ambassador activities.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen Educatius/STS brands.
• Collaborate with sales for strong pipeline/conversion.
